Rohaab Miahmed

Founder & Owner, SolCore Wellness

Rohaab Miahmed, the 26-year-old founder of SolCore Wellness, has a lifelong passion for helping others achieve optimal health and performance. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Rohaab initially aspired to pursue a career in physical therapy, working with athletes across different sports and age groups. However, inspired by the growing emphasis on wellness in the post-pandemic era, he pivoted to create SolCore Wellness—a space dedicated to recovery, injury prevention, and holistic well-being.

As a former athlete who faced numerous injuries during his years playing basketball and football, Rohaab understands firsthand the critical role recovery and body care play in long-term success. His experiences revealed a gap in injury prevention guidance during formative years, particularly for young athletes. This realization became the foundation of SolCore Wellness, a center that prioritizes establishing healthy habits and resilience, especially for high school athletes.

Rohaab’s mission is simple yet impactful: to help individuals of all backgrounds live happy, healthy, and pain-free lives. From professional athletes to weekend warriors, his commitment to empowering clients to feel and perform their best drives every aspect of SolCore Wellness.
