My mom and I have been coming here to relieve running aches and pains and we are so happy we found this place! We’ve tried the cold plunge, compression therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, and the infrared sauna and have loved it so much that we both got memberships. SolCore Wellness has it all when it comes to recovery and rejuvenation. This was my first time trying a cold plunge and the staff was well trained and educated on all their equipment. I plan on going back to try out the cryotherapy and infrared sauna. With options catering to various recovery needs. Wow! What an experience I encountered at sole core. from the ambiance to the front desk, all the way to what I came for, the facilities Solecore is the perfect place for recovery. I went in for the cold plunge after long weeks of training and work and was the best thing I had done for my body all month. Paired with their infrared sauna I left feeling relieved and rejuvenated. SolCore Wellness is my new go-to spot for recovery! All the staff members were extremely nice and were very informative on all of their products. I went in wanting to recover my legs since they were really sore and they helped inform me that the compression boots and the cold plunge was the best route to go and I felt AMAZING after! As a cold plunge fanatic, I’ve been trying to a find a place to go, however it been tough and services haven’t been then best. However, I found this place randomly and decided to give it a try. Services were amazing plus everything was so clean and equipment seemed brand new. Will definitely be purchasing a membership and come here often. Haven’t had the chance to try to infa red sauna yet but I can’t wait! Definitely worth the price if you want to the property recovery especially if you’re an athlete.
